Pot au feu -FFwD

i loved this stew, it was very flavorful and filling.  I left the mussels out as they were too messy.  The only thing I would change would be to cut the vegetables smaller so the stew would be easier to eat.  There was a lot of stew left over and I froze it for a later meal.  This dish came together very easily, so it is a great weeknight meal, after a long day of work.

    This was pretty good, I loved the way everything was prepared and cooked, but the ginger didn’t
    work for me.
    The next day I picked out all the fish and enjoyed them all with a wonderful salad.
    I love the bowl that you served this in, very pretty.

    Hi Lisa, I agree that the pieces of vegetables were a little big. That’s a pet peeve of mine, making something to eat with a spoon and then having pieces too big to fit on the spoon (or in your mouth). This tasted so good though. I’m interesting in knowing how it is after being frozen.
